Refund & Cancellation Policy for Bookings

1. No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled 8 hours or less before the journey.

2. 50% refund will be issued for bookings cancelled between 8 hours and 24 hours before the journey.

3. Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the journey will receive a full refund, subject to a £15 administration charge.
